April Fools Day Quiz.

Tom Dick and Harry need to buy a new TV so they set of to the discount TV store. Thy each have £10 which they will pool to buy the TV.
Once at the store they see a fab new TV and luckily it is priced at £30. They each give their £10 to the assistant who goes round the back of the shop to get the TV. In the back the shop owner informs the assistant that there is an April Fools Day special offer and the TV is only £25, so the manager gives the assistant 5 pound coins to give back to Tom Dick and Harry.
The assistant, being a bit dishonest, gives Tom Dick and Harry £1 each and keeps the remaining £2 for himself.
Later that day the assistant begins to wonder. I gave Tom Dick and Harry each £1 back meaning they paid £9 each for the TV, I kept £2 for myself. 3 X £9 is £27 plus my £2 is £29, but they originally had £30?
Where did the other £1 go?
